The sign-in link didn’t arrive
Check spam for a message from hello@feltjournal.com. Links expire after 15 minutes — request a fresh one from the app if yours has aged out.
Managing your subscription
Felt bills through the App Store. To change or cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period ends.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to the You tab and tap Delete account. It asks you to type DELETE to confirm, then erases your account from our servers and clears every entry on your phone. This cannot be undone, and it does not cancel your App Store subscription — cancel that in the Settings app under your name → Subscriptions.
No longer have the app installed? Email support@orbitabuilt.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll do it for you.
Getting your entries out
Your entries live in the app on your device. Export isn’t built yet — it’s on the list. Email us if you need a hand in the meantime.
