The sign-in link didn’t arrive
Check spam for a message from hello@feltjournal.com. Links expire after 15 minutes — request a fresh one from the app if yours has aged out.
Managing your subscription
Felt bills through the App Store. To change or cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period ends.
Deleting your account
Email support@orbitabuilt.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll erase your account and everything attached to it. Entries stored on your device are removed by deleting the app.
Getting your entries out
Your entries live in the app on your device. Export isn’t built yet — it’s on the list. Email us if you need a hand in the meantime.
